Ingredients
-
2 x Pork Cutlet or Chop
-
Nonstick cooking spray
-
1 cup of Milk or Heavy cream
-
½ box of graham cracker crumbs
-
HARVEST
Directions
Pre-apply HARVEST seasoning on both sides of pork & set aside for now.
Preheat Oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Place baking sheet into the oven to preheat.
in 3 separate deep plates or shallow bowls, prepare the dredging placement. Dredging goes milk, crumbs, seasoning.
take pan out of oven after preheated & apply your nonstick cooking spray on the pan. Place pork on the pan & place into oven. It will cook and reach 145-150 degrees on the center at around 15-20 minutes (depending on how thick the cut is). Be sure to flip the pork halfway through the timer.
Remove from the oven, check the final temperature. Let it rest on counter for 10 minutes before cutting. Enjoy.

Its best to have a meat probe thermometer handy. Place it through the skinny side of the meat cut & reach the center for more accurate reading.
