Refund policy
At Good Grub with Grace LLC, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please review our refund policy for both food retail products and merchandise below:
Food Retail Products Refunds and Returns Eligibility: Due to the perishable nature of food products, we only accept returns for food items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Process: If you receive a defective or damaged food item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, issue a refund or replacement.
Merchandise Refunds and Returns Eligibility: Merchandise items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Refundable Items include: Gift cards and downloadable content.
Sale items cannot be refunded unless defective or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
