A Sweet & Herby flavor. Dash in coffee or hot tea. Apply on pork or chicken. Sprinkle or mix in a favorite baked good (ex. cookies, quick breads, pies, or cakes). Add to a cocktail rim.

Manna is mentioned in the bible in being the grain sent down from heaven to the people of Israel. The Israelites best described manna as "being white like coriander seed and tasted like wafers made with honey.

Exodus 16:31

Now the house of Israel called its name manna; it was like coriander seed, white, and the taste of it was like wafers made with honey.

Numbers 11: 7-9

7 Now the manna was like coriander seed, and its appearance like that of bdellium. 8 The people went about and gathered it, and ground it in mills or beat it in mortars, and boiled it in pots, and made cakes of it; and the taste of it was like the taste of cakes baked with oil. 9 When the dew fell upon the camp in the night, the manna fell with it.
